Keep it Legal
Mars n Venus does not allow any illegal activities. You cannot use the Mars n Venus service to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene, or other unlawful material or information.
Do not upload files or post messages that contain photos, video's, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents. Mars n Venus is not responsible for any use of anything you say or post.
Do not upload files or photos, software or other material that may be considered to be pornographic, vulgar, political, or offensive to any other users. Members who wish to post naked photographs of themselves must be over the age of 18 and must publish these items to your private albums. You may not post any naked photographs where the model is or appears to be under the age of 18. Members are also governed by the laws of their country and must not enter into any act which would be considered illegal by such laws.
Do not post any materials (including software and other information, including links to other websites) that could harm (or is designed to harm) other users' computers or would allow others to inappropriately access software or Web sites.
Show Respect for Others
We encourage everyone to treat each other with mutual respect. Do not use the Mars n Venus web service to threaten, harass, stalk, or abuse others. Refrain from all expressions of bigotry, racism, homophobia, hatred, foul language or profanity.
Mars n Venus encourages our users to create their own forums. The creators of these areas act as administrators. Administrators may eject or ban a user from their area if a participant violates one of their guidelines or these Terms and Conditions. By participating in a user created area, you agree to be bound to the rules of that area.
You may not redistribute images, photos or any personal data that you have found, copied or downloaded from a Mars n Venus member page or any other page hosted on the Faceparty server. Please respect the privacy of others.
General Information
Although we strive to provide the best facilities we can to ensure maximum speed and availability from our servers and software, Mars n Venus does not offer a Level of service Agreement or any guarantee in relation to Service up-time or availability for any Service, Product or Premium Subscription Service. All Services provided are on an 'as is' basis.
All Premium Subscription Services, are non transferable and apply to one member account only. This is the account from which the product or subscription was purchased. All Premium Subscription Services are non refundable once you have received and started using the service however you may opt to cancel the service and obtain a full refund provided that you do so within 7 days of payment and you have not commenced using the service. Allthough there are no chargable services avaliable from the Mars n Venus web service.
Mars n Venus reserve the right to add, remove or amend any feature or Service at any time without notice, explanation or liability without limitation. Mars n Venus reserves the right to increase or reduce the price or alter the content or features of any Service or Product without prior notice, explanation or liability.
Uphold the Code
In helping to make the Internet a great place to date, chat, you must do your part to uphold these Terms and Conditions.
Mars n VGenus reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to any Service for violations of our Terms and Conditions.
Mars n Venus also reserves our right to amend or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. You agree to periodically review this document to ensure you are doing your part.

We will not collect any personal or business information, nor will store or share that information with any third party without your express permission.
